Living in Perpetual Terror

Terrorism is not a single, violent, act.

Terrorism is living in fear of what might happen and not what has happened.

The terrorists have already won.

We live in fear of each other.

We live in fear of the strange and the foreign and the unknown.

We no longer cherish the otherworldly or the unique or the inspiring.

We shoot first and never ask question later.

We root out evil only where we perceive it to be and not where it really reeks.

We are all the dead victims of terrorism and the proof is in the loss of our living joy.
