The Body Does Not Lie

The mind is a liar.

The body is incapable of fostering a lie.

That mind/body disconnect is how healthy people become ill -- their body expresses changes and the mind wears off the danger as intrinsic and thoughts actively mitigate any discomfort as momentary and non-pugilistic.

When we are able to disassociate the mind from the calling of the body, we can then begin to heal ourselves -- and when we are in tune with the body of what we are, no doctor or nurse or technician can diagnose us better then we can ourselves.

The body is filled with truths -- if we choose to recognize the veracity or not is the very matter of living that imperils our longevity and erodes our confidence in the spirit of the mind as the center of our being.

When the mind confesses it knows nothing, the body is finally freed to live.
