If we don't have justice to punish those that hurt us, what is the solution? Anarchy? Everyone for themselves?
Well, that's just it, Anne. We have a broken system where justice seems to win out over morality and caring. I'm not for anarchy at all, but one could argue the current prison system and impending and labyrinth of "moneyed justice" is an anarchical injustice that needs to be addressed and soundly punished.
Justice, now a days became just a "pay back" - in every sense of the term which doesn't really differ much from the supposed to be "offense".
